This commitment also extends to the mandatory reporting of any fraudulent activities perpetrated by management in our statutory financial submissions, including our Annual Report.

To support this commitment, Karo Mining operates a 24-hour whistle-blowing hotline, managed by an independent external service provider to ensure confidentiality, impartiality, and anonymity. This platform enables employees, contractors, partners, and all other stakeholders to anonymously report incidents of fraud, criminal behaviour, unethical conduct, safety violations, or any other irregularities within the workplace.

The hotline is continuously monitored, guaranteeing that every report is captured and appropriately escalated for investigation and resolution. This reinforces Karo Mining’s dedication to transparency, accountability, and a safe and ethical working environment.
